个人简介:
蒋万胜,男,1983年10月出生,湖南湘阴人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。
2007年本科毕业于西南林学院野生动物与自然保护区管理专业,2012年获中国科学院昆明动物研究所动物学博士学位,2012-2019年在中国科学院昆明动物研究所从事科研工作,2017-2018年赴美国奥本大学公派访问学习,2019年10月英国正版365官方网站博士人才引进。
主要从事水生动物分子生态学及种质资源保护与利用相关研究,内容涉及野外生态调查与环境影响评价、分类进化与生物多样性保护、分子生态及水产基因组开发利用等多个方面。到目前为止,主持科研及横向项目10余项,包括国家基金面上项目、地区项目等,并先后获得中国科学院青年创新促进会会员、湖南省芙蓉学者奖励计划——青年学者、湖湘青年英才等人才项目支持。目前已发表论文30余篇,第一或通讯作者论文20篇(含SCI 17篇),参编专著3部,获国家农业农村部认定水产新品种1个(排名第四)。
目前主要从事武陵山区水生动物分子生态及种质资源保护与利用研究,以大鲵、鱼类等类群为研究对象,围绕野外调查及多样性保护——进化与生态适应的分子机制——种质资源的挖掘与利用这一主线开展有创新性的科学研究。
