个人简介

主要利用生物信息学与系统发育基因组学来开展北半球生物地理间断研究,我国西南高山植物区系(青藏高原、喜马拉雅、武陵山区)的生物多样性进化和细胞地理学研究。先后8次到美国访问研究,发表SCI论文80余篇,主持国家自然科学基金项目7项,湖南省自然科学基金1项,获云南省自然科学一等奖1项(排第二)、获湖南省自然科学三等奖1项。担任Plant Diversity (SCI)等多家期刊的编委。
